P.E. Guerin is the oldest decorative hardware firm in the United States, and they’re the only metal foundry in New York City. The company was created in 1857 by a French immigrant Pierre Emmanuel Guerin. P.E. Guerin has been at its current location on Jane Street in Greenwich Village since the year 1892. The company uses skills that were passed down from its founder beginning in 1857 to craft its products.
