We are extremely proud of the sales team we have created. We have over 100 years of experience among us. Several of our salespeople have been with IBT for 20 plus years; many are ASID designers who have specialized in kitchen and bath design. We invest very heavily in educating our design team with weekly product knowledge meetings – highlighting new trends in the market place and industry standards. We also have an ongoing program that sends our sales professionals to vendor factories so they may experience first-hand the benefits and value of the products they are selling.
