Always on the look out for new inspiration, Dwell on Design 2016 continued to please – I happened across a beautifully designed Andy Warhol inspired booth. The company showing the new collection of faucets is Franz Viegener. The line will now be exclusively represented by International Bath and Tile of San Diego in both our showrooms. The line is very contemporary, architectural and industrial looking. The finishes include Polish chrome, nickel and brushed nickel. The faucets also come in very bright colors, my personal favorite being Fire engine red! IBT was drawn to Frans Viegener because it is unique, practical and visually exciting – We are excited to represent Frans Viegener as our corporate philosophies are so aligned! Come in to our showroom you will not find them any place else!
One of our all time favorites Graff: Meeting up with my good friend and owner of Graff – Chris Kulig is always a pleasure. Graff continues to amaze us as they have added to their line of faucets – Furniture, sinks, accessories and a free standing bath tub collection. Graff is US made, manufactured in Wisconsin, is a family owned business, as is International Bath and Tile. Aesthetically pleasing and ergonomically engineered, Graff’s award winning designed faucets and fixtures are more than just hardware.
Duravit: A German company manufacturing Tubs, sinks, vanities and mirrors. Duravit works closely with world famous designers in the manufacturing of their products – The most recognizable being Phillipe Starck. All sinks are in glossy white. Architects gravitate towards Duravit for commercial and residential projects for their stellar design and quality. International Bath and Tile has partnered with Duravit since their inception into the US market in 1979.
Wet Style: A one of a kind Montreal manufacturer which started off exclusively as a Tub manufacturer and have now included into their product line sinks, lighted mirrors and well designed storage solutions in floor and wall mounted vanities. Wett Style has introduced a new line of products which are priced more affordably, the new line is called W2 by Wett Style. This line included new free standing Bath Tubs. The Cloud is 62”x30”x 21”. Another Free standing tub the Wave is 58”x 26”x 25”.
Brizo by Delta: An old favorite of IBT. Brizo introduced their new line of very industrialized faucets which will be available in the next few months. The finishes shown were satin brass, oil rubbed bronze and brushed nickel reminiscent of old factory or farm style. Brizo products are more than just fittings; they’re inspired pieces of art. The distinct designs of Brizo will take your bathroom and kitchen from functional to fashionable. Our Brizo kitchen and bathroom faucets will help ensure that every room of your house is covered.
Infinity Drain: The go to company that IBT partners with on a daily basis for drains is Infinity Drain. This is a custom drain company and was the first to introduce the swimming pool style drain to the market place. Infinity Drain is a perfect compliment to our Tile Sales team. Marc Newson one of the most acclaimed and influential designers of his generation, collaborates with Infinity Drain
TOTO: Toto continues to produce, design new products maintaining their edge in the commercial and residential market place. Their price points are fair and give the consumer the opportunity of selecting their level of luxury while not compromising on quality. Toto’s latest product line is the TOTO Neorest with Actilight. – the ultimate luxury experience. New sinks – Luminist, these are sinks that light up in the dark, free standing and come in rectangular or round shapes. New faucet collections including the Keane, Silas and the Connelly collection.
Lacuna: Lacava have expanded over the years and now manufacture their own cabinets, mirrors and furniture pieces. Their product line is made up of mirrors, light sconces, porcelain vanities, sinks, toilets and bath tubs. Lacava also has a wonderful collection of accessories including towel racks, found in the most luxurious hotels in the world. They have a new line of contemporary vanities, tub floor mounted fillers and wall mounted faucets. Lacava sells complete suites enabling you to design an entire bathroom using their products.
Hansgrohe: Hansgrohe and IBT have had a very successful partnership for over 30 years. Hansgrohe have their luxurious line Axor, as well as their regular line of Hansgrohe products which include Lavatory sets, tub sets and accessories. Hansgrohe is best known for their innovative shower head technology. Hangrohe has developed a one of a kind wall mounted LampShower with trim designed by Nendo.
